INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Recently renovated, Villetta Bianca is arranged on two independent levels. The upper level is accessible via an external staircase on the side of the building. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area with a living room/TV corner and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; a large bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink and Velux window; and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a garden view and air conditioning. The living room opens to the outdoor space with a covered veranda, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The 300 sqm garden is shared with a second property in front. On the upper level, a small entrance with a wardrobe and mini-fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and air conditioning; the bedroom has a balcony with outdoor furniture and a garden view.
