    Domus Tilibbas erstreckt sich über ein einziges Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Garten und einen Innenhof. Der Eingang öffnet sich zu einem eleganten, geräumigen Wohnzimmer-Küche-Bereich mit Esstisch, einer Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher und Ofen. Die überdachte, möblierte Veranda ist ideal für gesellige Abende bei einem Glas guten Wein. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über 3 Suite-Schlafzimmer: zwei mit Doppelbetten und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, alle mit Kleiderschränken. Der umzäunte Garten mit elektrischem Tor bietet Platz für zwei geparkte Autos und verfügt über einen gemauerten Grill. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sorgfältig ausgestattet.

    INFORMATIONEN ZUR LAGE UND ENTFERNUNGEN

    Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 200 Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Das Viertel Tilibbas liegt in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums und beherbergt mehrere lokale Trattorien, wie die Trattoria da Sara (Compai Giuanni) in 220 Metern Entfernung und Gil's Quick in 700 Metern Entfernung. An der Viale Aldo Moro befinden sich alle wichtigen Dienstleistungen wie Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Apotheken und Wäscheservices. Der lokale Wochenmarkt, der jeden Samstagmorgen stattfindet, zieht Touristen mit seinen lokalen Spezialitäten und typischen Produkten an.     La disponibilità di Alessio, referente Klodge, è stata spettacolare, ci ha fornito ogni singolo dettaglio per vivere al meglio la permanenza ad Olbia.
    L'alloggio è stupendo, tutto interamente ristrutturato e la comodità di avere in ogni camera un bagno ha reso la permanenza nella struttura un vero e proprio spasso.
    Sono presenti condizionatori in ogni stanza.
    La cucina è dotata di ogni confort compresa la lavastoviglie.
    Da migliorare sicuramente la cura del giardino esterno e dell'angolo barbecue, la casta di merce ammucchiata ne ha impedito l'utilizzo. Migliorare le posate in cucina. Aggiungere delle prese di corrente nella stanza con due letti singoli.
