    Description

    The Sun apartment is located in Lazise, just 1.5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach, in the Sole del Garda residential complex with a large green area with an adult pool and a children's pool (open from 20/04 to 30/09). The complex has two uncovered parking spaces (not reserved). The apartment, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 4 people and has a double bedroom with an open wardrobe, a modern bathroom with washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine and shower cabin. The living area consists of a kitchenette with microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, toaster, American coffee machine, double sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning (1 split in the living area) and wifi. The living area overlooks a balcony furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Small pets are allowed with a supplement.

    The final price is composed of:
    - RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on behalf of whom Regarda acts
    - GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.

    Wir waren vom 9. bis 19. Juli in der Unterkunft und rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber, modern renoviert und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der gepflegten Poolanlage, die ideal zum Entspannen war. Die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr ordentlichen und einladenden Eindruck. Auch alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.     Es ist fast alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Sandwich -Maker, Geschirr /Töpfe. Einen Wasserkocher gibt es nicht.
    Die Lage ist ruhig, zum See muss man mit dem Auto fahren.
    In der Appartement Anlage gibt es 2 Pools zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
