    Lovely two-room apartment located on the first floor of the quiet Gardenia residential complex in Lazise, about 1.2 km from the centre of Lazise (15 minutes on foot) and 1.5 km from the beach. The intimate residential context of only 8 units has a condominium swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), and a large green area. The apartment, renovated in 2025, opens onto the living area with a view of the pool and has a small balcony furnished with a table, chairs and sun shade. The living room has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator with a freezer cell, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, kettle, toaster and American coffee machine. Double sofa bed, wifi, satellite TV and air conditioning positioned in the corridor between the living area and the bedroom. Bathroom with toilet, new shower cabin and hairdryer. The double bedroom, with access to the shaded terrace at the back, has a spacious wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan, double bed and single sofa bed. Covered parking space in the garage and cellar with washing machine and 2 bicycles available for guests. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
    We recommend this apartment to couples looking for a welcoming accommodation in a small residential context convenient to the historic centre of Lazise.

The apartment was located about 15mins from Lazise centre but was a nice stroll down to the centre. Car park is provided and the service company could not have been more helpful in making our stay comfortable.

    Es war alles nach unseren Wünschen. Eine schöne neue FW. Sehr ruhig. Pool hatte man fast alleine. Insgesamt gab es unsererseits keine Beanstandungen. Brötchen und Croissants in allen Variationen konnte man fußläufig in 500m beim Lidl kaufen. Auto sta

    Es war alles nach unseren Wünschen. Eine schöne neue FW. Sehr ruhig. Pool hatte man fast alleine. Insgesamt gab es unsererseits keine Beanstandungen.
    Brötchen und Croissants in allen Variationen konnte man fußläufig in 500m beim Lidl kaufen. Auto stand immer im Schatten in der Tiefgarage. Lazise war auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es ging von der Wohnung aus etwas bergab und man war in 10-15min im Ort. Jenachdem wieviel man getrunken hat, kann der Rückweg etwas länger dauern.
