The modern Golden House apartment is located in Colà di Lazise, just 1.2 km from the small centre of Colà and from the Garda Thermal Park and 5.6 km from the historic centre of Lazise. Pacengo beach is approximately 2 km away. It is situated in a quiet residential setting comprising several two-storey buildings that share a lovely swimming pool (opening guaranteed from 20 May to 30 September). The apartment, approximately 80 sqm and completely renovated, is located on the first floor and consists of a spacious living area with open-plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, American coffee machine, toaster and gas hob, table with chairs, comfortable double sofa bed, high-speed wifi and satellite TV. Large double bedroom with wardrobe and satellite TV, small bedroom with two single beds (one of which is pull-out) and wardrobe. Bathroom with large shower with crystal enclosure, sink, washing machine, toilet and bidet. Balcony with armchairs and sun awning. The swimming pool is just a few metres from the apartment. It is possible to park the car or bicycles in the private garage. A few steps away there is public parking and a children's playground. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Small pets are allowed by reservation and with a supplement.
