Satellite TV, double sofa bed and air conditioning available for guests. The living area overlooks a lovely garden extending on two sides of the apartment with a paved terrace shaded by a sun awning for pleasant outdoor lunches.

Double bedroom with satellite TV, small bedroom with bunk bed. Large wardrobe common to both rooms, located in the corridor. Windowed bathroom with shower cabin, WC, bidet and washing machine.

Motorised garage available for guests. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Public parking is available for guests. The ground floor apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, gas hob, oven, American coffee machine and toaster, and a double sofa bed. The living room overlooks a beautiful enclosed garden suitable for safely hosting your four-legged friend. Large private terrace equipped with sun shade, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. Windowed bathroom with washing machine and shower box, master bedroom with large wardrobe and a room with bunk bed. Air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi available for guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. We have a second apartment on the first floor with lake view.
