    The guests' attention will be immediately captured by the large private terrace with partial lake view, perfect to spend convivial moments and enjoy the days. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs, deckchairs and sun curtain. Casa Erika flat is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 persons and consists of a bright living area with modern kitchen equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living room is furnished with special attention to every detail, offers a comfortable sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), wifi and a Sat-TV. The accommodation has two bedrooms with wardrobe and balcony. Modern windowed bathroom with shower box. Centralized air conditioning in every room and washing machine at guest's disposal. The complex offers a lovely swimming pool with solarium area (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a nice garden with olive trees. One parking space reserved for our guests.

    Bezüglich Ihrer Anmerkung zur Müllentsorgung möchten wir Ihnen versichern, dass wir stets bemüht sind, diese so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten. In den Apartments stellen wir getrennte Müllbehälter zur Verfügung, damit das Recycling leicht fällt. Am Ende des Aufenthalts haben unsere Gäste zudem die Möglichkeit, ihren Müll dank eines speziellen Passes in der Öko-Anlage von Lazise zu entsorgen – eine bequeme Lösung, die wir für Sie organisieren.
