Two-room apartment located at the Residence La Casara, 5 minutes' walk from the historic centre of Lazise and the lakefront. The residence has a large swimming pool surrounded by a comfortable green area with sun loungers (swimming cap mandatory - guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09).
The comfortable 65 sq.m. Sissi House apartment is located on the first floor and offers a spacious covered terrace, equipped with a sun awning, with views of the surrounding greenery and the swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs where you can relax or have an aperitif at the end of a day discovering the beauty of Lake Garda.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, German coffee machine, fridge with freezer, small worktop that can be used as a table for two people. There is no dining table in the living room, but on cooler days it is possible to use the table on the terrace also inside the apartment. Comfortable sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children). Satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning available for guests. The sleeping area consists of a modern double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a retractable single bed. Windowed bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and washing machine available for guests. A convenient reserved parking space in the garage 205x235 cm. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.
The final price is made up of:

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den tägl. Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl). Das Zentrum mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Garage ist sehr eng. Musste meine Außenspiegel einklappen, damit ich überhaupt reinfahren konnte, obwol ich keine extragroße Limousine fahre.
Bademützenpflicht am Pool hat uns etwas verwirrt.

Die Wohnung ist definitiv in einer großartigen Lage, in der Nähe des Zentrums von Lazise, das nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, und in der Nähe des Supermarkts und nicht der Restaurants. Normalerweise ist es sehr schwierig, eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Zentrums mit einem reservierten Parkplatz zu finden. Da die Residenz mehrere Jahre alt ist, könnte auch die Größe der Garagen nicht anders gewesen sein, als die Autos noch nicht so groß waren :D Wir hoffen, Sie in Zukunft wieder in einer unserer Unterkünfte begrüßen zu dürfen, ein herzlicher Gruß vom Gardasee |

Das Schwimmbad wird normalerweise immer gegen Ende September geschlossen, weil das Wetter umschlägt und die Temperaturen sinken. Dieses Jahr wollte es uns ausnahmsweise nicht so früh verlassen und blieb länger als erwartet, was uns einige schöne Tage bescherte. Wir hoffen, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen! Wir hatten tolle 12 Tage in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Appartement. Klimaanlage in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer gut Großer Balkon mit Markise zur Gartenseite. Gemeinschaftspool mit Badekappenpflicht nicht genutzt. Sehr dicht an der wunderschönen Altstadt gelegen (10 Minuten Fußweg an der Hauptstraße). Lidl/Einkauf fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Die Hunde der unterliegenden Appartements haben wir teils als störend empfunden. Wir können das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen. Unser 15jähriger Sohn hat sich auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer gut ausbreiten können und sich sehr über einen störungsfreien Wlan gefreut. Wir haben bereits mehrere Unterkünfte am Gardasee kennengelernt. Dieses Appartement unterscheidet sich in erster Linie durch die Art der Einrichtung (nicht typisch italienisch, aber im positiven Sinne 😉) und die stilvolle, sehr saubere Ausstattung. Gerne wieder 😃

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt, aber in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Sie ist neu renoviert, gut ausgestattet und für Paare oder kleine Familien geeignet. Der Weinabend war ein Geschenk, das wir als Agentur für unsere Gäste während der Woche organisiert haben, leider war es der einzige Tag, der am Freitag verfügbar war.
