Nice two-room apartment for 2/4 people, located in Lazise, just 1 km from the historic center and 1.5 km from the beach and the lake promenade. The apartment is located in the small and quiet Olivi residential area consisting of only 12 apartments and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a large planted garden that allows you to spend the hottest hours of the day relaxing in the shade of the trees.
The apartment of about 45 square meters consists of a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, oven, large fridge, toaster and German coffee machine. The kitchen has an American counter with 4 stools on which it is possible to eat meals, there is no table. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate two adults. The living area is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and overlooks a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden furnished with table, chairs and 2 deckchairs. Spacious double room with wardrobe and desk for remote working. Bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. A convenient parking space in the garage and free internet access are available to guests. Pets allowed on request. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The final price consists of:
- RENT paid directly to the owner, in the name and on whose behalf Regarda acts
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the host.

Gepflegte Anlage mit großem, sauberen Pool. Sehr ruhig, da die Anlage in einer Sackgasse liegt. Ist etwas ab vom Schuss, zu Fuß läuft man in die Stadt ca. 20-25 min, dafür ist man in 5 min beim LIDL. Wir hatten Klappräder dabei, deswegen für uns keinsee more

Bei der Anreise wurde uns gesagt, dass wir unseren Abfall im Wertstoffhof entsorgen müssten, da es auf dem Grundstück keine Abfalltonnen gibt. Tatsächlich ist es so, dass die Bewohner dieser Anlage den Abfall zu bestimmten Terminen vor dem Tor deponieren und die entsprechende Müllabfuhr gg. 4 h morgens den Müll abholt. Den entsprechenden Müllabfuhrkalender findet man auf der Webseite der „Commune Lazise“. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn man diesen Kalender bei Anreise bei Regarda in Papierform bekommen würde oder er sich in der Info-Mappe befinden würde.
Das Appartment hat eine Markise. Da man ab dem Nachmittag mit dieser keinen oder nur bedingt im Schatten sitzen kann, wäre eine Seitenmarkise von Vorteil. Dieses Appartment hat einen „direkten“ Nachbarn (waren bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht anwesend). Die Terrasse kann mit einer Glasscheibe abgeteilt werden, was aber meiner Meinung nach keinen Sinn macht, da diese durchsichtig ist. Eine satinierte Scheibe oder Pflanztröge wären besser. |

Die Unterkunft befindet sich definitiv in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, abseits des touristischen Trubels am Gardasee, aber gleichzeitig in der Nähe des Zentrums. Was die Müllentsorgung angeht, so haben wir in Lazise entweder die Möglichkeit, den Müll von Haus zu Haus zu entsorgen oder ihn auf die Ökoinsel zu bringen. In diesem Jahr haben wir es vorgezogen, unseren Gästen zu raten, ihren Abfall auf der Ökoinsel zu entsorgen, da dies die bequemste und einfachste Methode ist, aber wir geben ihnen immer noch die Möglichkeit, mit dem Kalender die Haus-zu-Haus-Methode zu wählen. Wir möchten uns auch für die Hinweise bedanken, die Sie uns hinterlassen haben, sie sind immer sehr nützlich für uns, um unseren Service zu verbessern.
