    • Die Klodge-Unterkünfte sind private Ferienhäuser, die nach Gesetz 431/98 und Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 (Region Sardinien) touristisch vermietet werden.

    • Es handelt sich um Privatunterkünfte, daher gelten keine Hotelstandards – kleinere Mängel sind möglich, beeinträchtigen jedoch nicht die Funktionalität.

    • Klodge ist ein professioneller Immobilienvermittler für kurzfristige Ferienvermietung.



    Online-Check-in und Vertrag



    • Nach der Buchung ist ein Online-Check-in erforderlich (Upload von Ausweisdokumenten und Selfies aller Gäste).

    • Ihre Daten werden gemäß der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) verarbeitet.

    • Ein Mietvertrag für touristische Zwecke ist obligatorisch. Der Vertrag ist auf Italienisch, eine englische Übersetzung wird als Kopie zur Verfügung gestellt.



    Schlüsselübergabe


    Die Schlüsselübergabe und Unterzeichnung der Dokumente erfolgt im Klodge-Empfangsbüro – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen Olbia entfernt.



    Mülltrennung


    Vor Ort ist ein Tür-zu-Tür-Mülltrennungssystem aktiv. Bitte kaufen Sie die entsprechenden Müllsäcke und entsorgen Sie den Abfall vor Abreise ordnungsgemäß.
