    The villa features a private pool set in the garden, with outdoor shower, sun loungers and a relaxation area. The covered veranda is ideal for al fresco dining, surrounded by the natural landscape of Gallura. A private outdoor parking space completes the property.

    • Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.
    KEY COLLECTION

    Key pick-up and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

    WASTE SEPARATION

    A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.

Cancellation of the stay for documented health reasons is covered, with reimbursement of the rent paid. The protection is offered free of charge by Klodge in collaboration with EuropAssistance and IMA. The activation of the coverage lapses if the Customer does not communicate the requested data within 24 hours from the payment.
