INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Villa Wave is located in the heart of Porto Cervo and offers a breathtaking sea view from the large outdoor terrace. The villa is spread over two levels. On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor terrace is directly connected to the private pool and BBQ area, providing an extraordinary and unique sea view. The covered veranda, perfectly equipped for al fresco dining, has a relaxation area with a panoramic view of an absolutely beautiful landscape. The lower floor is decorated in a warm and traditional Sardinian style, consisting of 3 large bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom.

The villa has been equipped with a central heating and cooling system on both levels. The gardener and pool cleaner visit weekly during the morning hours to ensure proper maintenance. Electricity and water consumption during the stay will be paid by our guests. Meter readings will be recorded together at check-in and check-out. The property was refurbished in 2025 to enhance the comfort and quality of our guests' stay.

DESTINATION AND DISTANCES

Villa Wave is surrounded by fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. The closest is the Grande Pevero Beach, a crescent of soft white sand lapped by waters that shade from turquoise to cobalt blue. The Gulf of Pevero hosts two renowned beaches, Piccolo and Grande Pevero, from which the smaller islands of Nibani emerge, where seagulls nest. Everything is surrounded by lush Mediterranean scrub. Don't miss the Spiaggia del Principe, with fine sand and crystal-clear water, as well as the enchanting Liscia Ruja, known as the widest beach of the Costa Smeralda. This stretch of the northeast coast of Sardinia finds its main attraction in the village of Porto Cervo, long famous for its picturesque promenade along the harbor and luxurious high fashion boutiques. Other small localities reachable in a short time from Villa Wave include Cala di Volpe, a place of famous movie sets, and the maritime village of Poltu Quatu, with high-end shops, restaurants, and clubs in the central square.
