PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

- The amount will be automatically released after check-out (timing depends on the issuing bank).

- As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Klodge is a licensed real estate intermediary specialising in short-term holiday rentals.
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT
- After booking, guests must complete the online check-in (upload ID and selfie for each guest).
- All data are processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.
KEY COLLECTION
Check-in and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE DISPOSAL
A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.

My partner and I had an amazing vacation at the villa. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning, which made the experience feel even more special. We made great use of the jacuzzi, and everything in the house worked perfectly. The villa was very clean, aparted from noise, and the location was truly stunning .. the views were breathtaking. To be honest, the price was a bit of a stretch for me personally, but I have to say it was absolutely so worth it. The quality of the experience really matched the cost. I would definitely recommend staying here and I’m already planning to come back next year. |

Interior Description
Villa Majra features a 25 sqm private pool with breathtaking views of the islands of the gulf, a large porch with a wooden roof, sofas, and an outdoor dining table, overlooking the bay. The porch leads to the living room with a TV, sofa, small dining table, and air conditioning. The living room windows offer an enchanting view: Mediterranean green hills and the gulf of Tavolara island with its splendid emerald waters; from here you can admire the sun rising behind the large limestone massif. The covered veranda facing the sea is constantly ventilated and allows guests to stay even during the hottest hours.
In the open space living room, there is a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, and gas stove. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level sleeping area (pool level): a double bedroom with sea view and pool access, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and pool access, and a suite bedroom with sea and pool views and an adjacent bathroom (bathtub); two bathrooms with showers. There is a laundry room with a washing machine.
The garden can be accessed through a wooden gate, featuring a barbecue area and a pergola with a granite table; from the garden, a staircase leads to the roof with a panoramic view. Near the entrance, there is a canopy that can accommodate two small cars or one large car.

Villa Majra is located in the "L'Oasi di Pedralonga" villa complex, about 80 meters above sea level, the highest panoramic point of the Porto Istana gulf. Nestled in greenery but only 10 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport. Villa Bay Pine, located directly on the white sands of Pittulongu beach, boasts an unrivaled location. Built in the early 1980s, this historic home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. A pedestrian gate leads directly to the beach, where the sea, with its shallow and crystal-clear waters, is at your fingertips. The surrounding area is well-served with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco shops, rotisseries, fishmongers, and bakeries. The beach in front of the villa is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, and sunbeds. The house has free seasonal wi-fi flat (May 1st-October 31st) and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Interior Description
This splendid villa with direct access to the sea has covered parking spaces, a large garden, and is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a living room with a view of the beach and a dining area, and an independent kitchen with stoves, oven, and fridge/freezer. Outside, a large gazebo houses a second outdoor kitchen, complete with stoves and worktops. On the ground floor, outside, there is an outbuilding with a bedroom (two bunk beds) and a service bathroom without a shower.
Upstairs, a staircase leads to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: two doubles and one with a French bed and a single bed; bathroom with shower. In the garden, behind the villa, there is an outdoor shower.
Villa Bay Pine has two accesses to the beach: a gate shared with the adjacent property that leads directly to the sand, and a second gate that leads to the pedestrian street in front of the beach. The property is bordered by a wall on the beach side and a hedge at the rear.
Destination Information and Distances
Pittulongu is a beach loved by residents, located about eight kilometers from Olbia. Also known as Puntale Lungo, La Playa di Pittulongu is a splendid crescent of fine white sand, interspersed with small stretches of shells. The shallow and gradual seabed is ideal for families with children.
At 50 meters, the Trattoria Rossi restaurant-bar offers a relaxing environment to enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail and savor typical appetizers. A little further on, the restaurant establishment Mama Beach and the Ristorante Lo Squalo. On the main street of the neighborhood, the Costa Sarda Bar is perfect for a quick lunch with local cuisine. The nearby Centro Gallura shopping center offers numerous shops and a large supermarket. About a 5-minute walk away are a paddle field, a mini-market, a bakery, and a fish shop.
