• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival and blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required, in the guest’s name).


• The amount will be automatically released after your stay (release times vary depending on the bank).


• In the event of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit to cover costs.

• Klodge accommodations are private properties managed as tourist rentals under Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.


• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present slight imperfections that do not affect functionality.


• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specializing in short-term tourist rentals.

Online Check-in and Contract

• Online check-in is required after booking (upload of ID documents and selfies for all guests).


• Your data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation.


• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy English version will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents are handled at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
