– on the ground floor: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, served by a full bathroom;
– on the upper floor: a master double suite with private bathroom and a sea-view terrace. Each bedroom features spacious wardrobes and a pleasant view of the surrounding landscape.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The private garden, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, includes a private outdoor pool with sunbathing area, loungers and an outdoor shower. - The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank).
- In the event of damage or rule violations, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover the costs.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT
- Online check-in is required after booking (upload of documents and selfies for all guests).
- Your data will be handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian, and a courtesy English version will be provided before arrival.
KEY COLLECTION
Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE SEPARATION
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please dispose of all rubbish correctly before departure.
