The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both overlooking the garden and furnished with wardrobes. The bathroom features a shower and contemporary finishes. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with an English lawn and features a beautiful private pool. • A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; we will provide a courtesy English copy before your arrival.

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
