Situated in a panoramic position, on the most exclusive hill in Bardolino, Luxury Villa Orizzonti is a refined and elegant property that offers its Guests a breathtaking view of Lake Garda.
The entire building, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is built with great attention to detail, to ensure maximum comfort.
The ground floor of Villa Orizzonti houses the living area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The living room with a panoramic view of the pool area, the 600 sq m garden and the lake is furnished with a large sofa and a smart TV. The dining area with a bookcase and a glass table can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside there is a Mediterranean garden and a covered terrace for outdoor dining. The private pool is ideal for relaxing and regenerating from stress, there is also a solarium area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (open period guaranteed 15/05-30/09).
On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with private bathroom. The master bedroom, of generous size, has a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a spacious wardrobe.
The basement is reserved for the Family Suite, a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, separated by a wooden partition to ensure greater privacy. There is also a third bathroom with a shower available to guests.
The property is completed by the sauna with a relaxation area and a tea corner, and the wine cellar with a snack counter.
Available to guests is a garage with one parking space for sports cars/small cars or bicycles (door height 180cm, width 220cm) and two uncovered parking spaces within the property. In the garage, a convenient washing machine is available for guests.

The villa was amazing and we all loved spending time there, especially around the pool. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of going to Bardolino. We hired car for our holiday which meant we had no issue getting into town, and we see more
The villa was amazing and we all loved spending time there, especially around the pool. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of going to Bardolino. We hired car for our holiday which meant we had no issue getting into town, and we don’t drink. For people wanting a location to walk to/from restaurants be aware it’s about 1.5 miles, downhill there, uphill back. Regarda communicated well, they were always helpful and quick to respond. Thanks so much! We loved our holiday!

It is a gorgeous villa, kept to an extremely high standard, spotlessly clean and with amazing views. There is everything you could need inside the villa from cooking and dining equipment, a bbq, hair dryers, ironing board and iron, the only thing we see more
It is a gorgeous villa, kept to an extremely high standard, spotlessly clean and with amazing views. There is everything you could need inside the villa from cooking and dining equipment, a bbq, hair dryers, ironing board and iron, the only thing we didn’t come across in the kitchen was a toaster, but we were able to use the grill feature on the oven instead. We loved the pool and garden area, there were even toys by the pool for the children, and being able to sit on the patio on an evening with a view of the lake was beautiful. The villa is quite high up in the hills and we didn’t attempt the walk into bardolino as we thought it might be a little long and the roads are quite rugged, but it is a short 5 minute drive to the centre of this beautiful town and in a good location. The staff at regarda were very responsive to messages and the check in and out instructions were very clear. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Siamo stati 6 giorni in questa splendida villa per lavoro poiché dovevamo partecipare a Vinitaly a Verona. È stata la miglior scelta che avessimo potuto fare. Pulitissima, tranquillissima, molto completa e aveva tutti gli elettrodomestici. Abbiamo usato per fino il ferro da stiro e la lavatrice. La casa è di un gusto altissimo e di una pulizia estrema. Il soggiorno non poteva essere migliore. L’attenzione da parte di Valentina, l’host, è stata eccezionale. La vista ci ha regalato dei tramonti molto speciali, perfetti per il dopo lavoro e per rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino. Siamo stati in due. Ma tranquillamente ci si sta in 3 coppie con due o tre bambini. Comodissima e molto elegante. Eccellente il gusto anche nell’arte presente. Grazie infinite. Torneremo sicuramente ogni volta che saremo a Verona o a Bardolino. Poi il paesino è incantevole.

Kleiner aber feiner Garten mit Terrasse und Schatten zum verweilen.
Gute Matratzen.
Sauberkeit und 3 Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche.
Sauna an unseren Regentagen ideal.

Im Keller fehlt eine Klimaanlage und Feuchtigkeit vorhanden. Wir empfehlen die Bewässerung des Rasens auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt zu legen. Die Anlage geht schon um 20:30 Uhr und wir wurden ein paar mal davon überrascht. |

Es riecht modrig und die ersten Tage hatten wir feuchte/klamme Betten. Anreise war am Samstag, ab Montag hatten wir ein Entfeuchtungsgerät erhalten. Regarda hat super zuvorkommend reagiert und uns verschiedene Lösungen angeboten. Letztendlich haben wir uns entschieden zu bleiben, da es kein für uns passendes Alternativobjekt gab (freistehend, privat Pool). Durch den Luftentfeuchter wurde es nach ca 4-5 Tagen deutlich besser. Wir hoffen, dass das Problem im Keller schnell behoben wird, da wir sehr gerne nochmal einen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen möchten. |

Es tut uns wirklich leid, dass Sie dieses Problem mit der Feuchtigkeit hatten, wir haben uns bemüht, so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung zu finden, sicherlich haben die langen und anhaltenden Regentage in diesen Wochen nicht geholfen. Der dritte Raum im Keller war davon betroffen. Wir haben jedoch einen neuen, größeren Luftentfeuchter installiert, der die Situation verbessert.
