    Description

    Typical semi-detached house situated in Lazise in the green of vineyards and olive groves, about 5 km from the historic centre and the lake.
    The semi-detached countryhouse "Nocino 1" can accommodate up to 6 people and is developed on two floors with a lovely well-kept outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant dinners and lunches in the open air. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a kitchenette equipped with fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee machine, dining table and chairs. The bright living room has a typical stone fireplace, a double sofa bed and satellite TV.
    On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and windows that overlook the garden and a windowed bathroom with shower and a comfortable hairdryer. The characteristic ceilings with exposed beams make the room warm and cozy. The flat overlooks the green vineyards and hills of Lake Garda, offering an enchanting view. The cottage has two reserved uncovered parking spaces located in the courtyard adjacent to the house.
    Wifi available for guests. Small pets allowed (attention: the garden is not fenced). Non-smoking flat.
    Since there is another cottage in the same complex, Country House "Nocino 2", we recommend Countryhouse "Nocino 1" to families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday in good company without giving up their privacy. It is particularly suitable for tourists who enjoy an active holiday discovering the many attractions of Lake Garda and Verona while remaining in contact with the local reality.

    The total price consists in:
    - RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
    - GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant

    Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.

    grazie di cuore per aver condiviso la vostra esperienza. Siamo davvero felici di sapere che avete apprezzato la particolarità del Nocino 1, un luogo dove si respira la tranquillità e la bellezza della campagna, pur rimanendo a breve distanza dal centro e dal Lago di Garda.
    Per quanto riguarda la raccolta dei rifiuti, comprendiamo che possa sembrare un piccolo disagio durante le vacanze. Tuttavia, desideriamo ricordare che dal 1994 i nostri comuni partecipano al progetto "Comuni Ricicloni", che premia le comunità locali più attente alla gestione dei rifiuti. L’area ecologica si trova molto vicino al centro di Lazise e può essere utilizzata facilmente durante una passeggiata, una visita al castello o mentre gustate un gelato, oppure alla fine del soggiorno. Piccoli gesti come questo aiutano a preservare la bellezza e la sostenibilità del nostro meraviglioso territorio.
    Speriamo davvero di potervi accogliere di nuovo presto in uno dei nostri appartamenti, per un’altra vacanza rilassante e immersa nella natura.
