In the historic centre of Castelnuovo del Garda, just a few minutes from Gardaland, Caneva, and cycling and food and wine routes, it is the ideal refuge after a day immersed in nature, culture, and entertainment. In the immediate vicinity: pastry shop, pizza by the slice, restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops, and pharmacy.
The structure has 3 housing units. The suite also offers TV, Wi-Fi, child's armchair bed, shared laundry with washing machine and dryer, and private parking for small/medium-sized cars with a narrow entrance (free public parking 50 m away). As this is a tourist rental, only final cleaning (not daily) and the first set of linen with a welcome kit are included.

The windowed bathroom offers a shower cabin, washbasin, bidet, WC, hairdryer, and washing machine. Additional comforts include air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, and a reserved parking space within the property.
The heart of the residence is the splendid 17-metre-long swimming pool, enhanced by a hydromassage area and a bar zone at disposal, ideal for moments of relaxation or preparing breakfast outdoors. Nearby, a refined bathroom with shower and changing room offers additional convenience.
The garden, meticulously cared for in every detail, is an oasis of elegance: stylishly furnished, it includes a barbecue available to guests, who can choose to dine in the apartment, by the pool, or on the panoramic covered terrace.
