Data Subjects: Portal users
Regarda SRL as the Data Controller of your personal data, in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the mentioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.
Purposes and legal basis of the processing
In particular, your data will be used for the following purposes relating to the performance of measures connected with contractual or pre-contractual obligations

Communication: your data may be communicated to external parties for proper management of the relationship and, in particular, to the following categories of Recipients including all duly appointed Data Processors:
- web service providers for the management and maintenance of the platform.
Third-party functional and profiling cookies
This category includes both cookies provided by partners of Regarda SRL and known to it, and cookies provided by third parties that are not directly controlled or controllable by Regarda SRL. Cookies from our partners allow us to offer enhanced functionality, as well as more information and personal features. This includes the ability to share content through social networks. These services are primarily provided by third party operators engaged or knowingly integrated by Regarda SRL. If you have an account or use the services of such parties on other websites, they may be able to know that you have visited our sites. The use of the data collected by these third parties via cookies is subject to their privacy policies and we therefore identify these cookies by the names of the respective entities listed in the cookie management tool available in the appropriate section of this Policy.
