    Casale Fralisa is an ancient villa very bright and refined. It enjoys an important position thanks to its elegant architecture, the furniture and its splendid sea view. The large terrace overlooking the sea and the private garden with a sea view jacuzzi, perfectly complement the beauty of this ancient farmhouse.

    The villa is organized on 3 floors:
     
    GROUND FLOOR
    • 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160x190), one is accessible through the otherfrom the external courtyard
    • 1 private bathroom with shower (en suite)

    FIRST FLOOR - accessible from the GROUND FLOOR going up 8 steps

    • Garden and main terrace, fully equipped with garden table, sunbeds, BBQ, outdoor shower and jacuzzi with sea view. Please note: the pool needs about 24 hours to warm up.
    • Large open plan living room with two wall sofas, a sofa bed (sofa bed size 160x190) and an old brick fireplace (wood available on request)
    • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
    • 1 bathroom with shower
    • 1 laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board

    UPPER FLOOR - accessible from the FIRST FLOOR going up 12 steps

    • Very panoramic terrace, equipped with garden table and deck chairs
    • Double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with access to the private terrace overlooking the sea
    • 1 bathroom with shower

    Casale Fralisa is in a strategic position: from the property it is easy to access all the main services of Praiano. The accommodation is accessible from the street level, crossing a small pedestrian path and climbing about 60 steps. Private parking is available on request for a fee and is just 150 meters from the property.

    Within a few steps, there are:
    • 3 restaurants / bars (Moressa, Kasai, M'ama)
    • Grocery store (Tutto per Tutti)
    • Local bus stop - about 50 mt
    • SITA bus stop - about 200 mt
    • Main beach of Praiano, La Praia (20 minutes on foot)

    Francesco was super helpful, he made our transportation from the train station very seamless. one of the best hosts i’ve had on airbnb. the house is an absolute GEM with so much space outside and the most gorgeous view and 3 different spacious terraces. the water went out at one point but was quickly fixed. one thing i will say is that the journey up to the house is steep but that’s everywhere on the amalfi coast, so if you’re planning a trip be aware of the physical demand of the coastline!

Walkable (though admittedly updown stairs - which is basically everywhere on the Amalfi Coast!) to some Thanks for a great stay! restaurants and the Praiano Marina where you could get water taxis to AmalfiPositano (you could also walk to bus stops - we just didn't try these). We also were able to get to the Path of Gods quite easily (again up stairs), which were fabulous trails. Also loved the guide book provided by the host which gave us all the information we needed about the house, the area etc. The host (we dealt with Francesco) booked our taxis to and from the airport, and answered any queries we had about the property immediately - amazing! Felt really looked after.

The kitchen and facilities have everything you need and the place worked perfectly for myself, partner and young baby plus my parents. The team at SMAAC are so helpful and have wonderful tours/restaurants and suggestions across the Amalfi. Just be prepared to walk down lots of stairs for about 15/20 mins to the local beach...but totally worth it!

    This is a lovely house in a great location on the Amalfi coast. Norman was a great host and helped us whenever asked. The house is big with a few lovely terraces with endless sea view. I would recommend it .

    The property itself was great for our family party - spacious with plenty of kitchenware and other facilities. Beautiful location with LOADS of outdoor space to enjoy beautiful sea views. The only downsides were things that can´t really be changed

    The only downsides were things that can´t really be changed:
    1. The lack of parking (very typical of the Amalfi Coast).
    2. The very many steps leading up to the property (naturally, given the area).
    3. The lack of access to the house from the one downstairs bedroom without either going through the other bedroom where family members were sleepingleaving the patio door open all night.

    Otherwise, we couldn´t fault the property itself.
