The property is equipped with screens. The road to reach the house is steep but paved, but the view is breathtaking! Casale Massina offers a 24-hour caretaker service. If the tourist tax (per guest) is not charged directly to the booking, it will be requested upon arrival.

It was pleasantly cool inside, even without using the air conditioners, though they are in place if you need them. We also enjoyed the cozy balcony, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The free parking near the building was very convenient, and the refreshing pool was fantastic. We highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Orlando, the manager of the property, was super nice and on the spot whenever we had questionsneeded help, and kept the grounds nice and tidy at all times. And the friendly dog Murphy was so lovely!

    Dejligt sted med en fantastisk udsigt over Gardasøen. Værten var meget imødekommende og svarede med det samme ved henvendelser. Wifi’en var dog ikke optimal da ejendommen ligger et stykke oppe på en klippevæg. Udover det havde et forrygende ophold i fede omgivelser.

    Superbe endroit retiré en hauteur, très calme et avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Garde et la baie de Salo. Belle piscine commune entretenue et propre à partager avec 3 autres appartements. Orlando, l'hôte des lieux est vraiment sympathique et disponible au moindre souci ou questionnement. Il s'occupe de garder le lieu agréable (entretien et nettoyage de la piscine, tonte de la pelouse...) Notre appartement avait une grande chambre, un grand salon, deux douches, deux climatiseurs. La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais malheureusement ne disposait pas de four ou de hôte. Cuisine idéale pour ceux qui mangent à l'extérieur. Pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner c'est un peu limité. L'eau chaude prend du temps à arriver mais nous le savions car c'était mentionné dans les autres commentaires. On s'y est adapté facilement.

Le gardien Orlando est charmant et disponible. Le plus: la piscine! les moins: pas de micro ondes: cela manque vraiment l'eau chaude: longue à venir sans la salle de bain et juste tiède au bout de 5 à 10 mns dans la cuisine. je recommande l'endroit.
