The listed properties are private homes and villas owned and rented by private landlords in accordance with Italian Law L.431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17. As such, none of the properties are hotel accommodations.
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
- When applicable, electricity (and occasionally water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
- Upon arrival, a security deposit will be blocked on the guest's credit card (physical card required).
- The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on your bank).
- In case of damages or violation of house rules, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover costs.
TOURIST TAX
To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.
BOOKING DETAILS
- Klodge accommodations are privately owned properties rented under tourist lease contracts, pursuant to Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Region of Sardinia.
- As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
- Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT
- After booking, online check-in is required (document upload and selfie for each guest).
- Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- A tourist lease agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy version in English will be provided.
KEY COLLECTION
Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE SEPARATION
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of your waste properly before departure.

- Beach/pool towels: one-time fee
- Pets (if allowed): €50.00 each

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00 (subject to availability and ongoing appointments).
Surcharges for late check-in:
- 20:00 – 23:00 → €40 (on request)
- 23:00 – 01:00 → €60 (on request)
- After 01:00 → only upon prior approval
