Charming two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of approximately 50 m² located in a quiet area surrounded by Lake Garda vineyards, 5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach. The Pastrengo residence consists of 8 apartments sharing a swimming pool (14x6 mt), large garden and an uncovered private parking with 1 parking space per apartment (with security camera).
The two-bedroom apartment for 2/4 people consists of a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker and toaster. Satellite TV, wifi and double sofa bed available for guests. Heating and air conditioning with fan coils.
The living area opens onto a spacious covered terrace with views of the vineyards and swimming pool, equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals.
Spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with window and shower, hairdryer.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, pets are not allowed.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Trennung/Sichtschutz zwischen den Terrassen. Wenn man draußen isst oder sitzt ist man sich schon sehr nah und etwas mehr Privatsphäre hätten wir gut gefunden. Ist aber wirklich eher ein Vorschlag als Kritik. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und waren insgesamt sehr glücklich.
