Only 400 meters away is the beautiful Mare e Rocce beach, and within a 1 km radius, reachable on foot, are the enchanting beaches of the northern coast of Olbia: Il Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados, and Pittulongu.

Interior Description
WLofts 14 is a unique residence in the area, destined to capture your heart. This luxurious loft features a solarium terrace with a 180-degree panoramic sea view, where you can admire the sunrise behind the Golfo Aranci promontory and the magnificent sunset reflected on the limestone rock of Tavolara island. With a capacity of 5 beds, WLofts 14 is located on the first floor and comprises a living area with a sofa bed, TV corner, and a designer kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A sliding glass door leads to the veranda overlooking the garden and offering a view of Tavolara. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and garden view, and a second bedroom with a double bed (divisible into single beds) facing the terrace. Each bedroom is furnished with spacious wardrobes. An additional master bathroom with a shower serves the accommodation. A spiral staircase on the veranda leads to the solarium, equipped with a pergola, sun loungers, and a panoramic view. The accommodation also includes a reserved parking space and a washing machine.
Destination Information and Distances
WLofts is located in a residential area composed of single villas. Thanks to its proximity to services, it is the perfect accommodation for those who want a beach holiday without sacrificing comfort. Ideal for groups of friends or families even without a car, from here you can walk to all the local beaches as well as bars and restaurants. WLofts is just 400 meters from the crystal-clear sandy beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, while the historic center of Olbia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car (8 km). The nearest supermarket is on the main road of the district, 4 minutes away; at the same distance is the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with a tobacco shop and pharmacy. The nearest bus stop is just 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop). For a round of golf at the Pevero Golf Club, simply drive 31 km towards Costa Smeralda. Numerous restaurants offering local seafood and land cuisine are within a 2 km radius, mainly beachfront: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Don't miss visiting the beaches along the coast from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, the splendid Cala Moresca (with hiking trails), Cala Sabina, and Marinella. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious, very suitable for 4 people or 2 adults and 2 children. In the area, at a maximum of 5 minutes, you can find a grocery store, bakery, pizzeria, restaurants, etc. You can also reach beautiful beaches at a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. We will definitely take this accommodation again when we return to Sardinia.

Der grosse Balkon ist sehr gut, da sitzt man auch im Schatten. Die Küche ist gross und die Räume hell.

Ausserdem hat bei uns die Beschattung auf der Dachterrasse vollständig gefehlt. Man sagte etwas von Wind und September, für uns aber trotzdem unverständlich. Wir konnten die Terrasse dadurch kaum nutzen. Eine solche Einschränkung muss vorher deutlich erwähnt werden. Das Schlimmste aber war die Hellhörigkeit im Haus. Man hörte jeden Wasserhahn, jede Dusche, jede Toilettenspülung. So lautes Rauschen, dass wir zig Mal in der Nacht von unseren Nachbarn geweckt wurden. Auch die Türen waren sehr gut hörbar. Holztüren ohne Gummidichtung, die jedes Mal ein lautes Knallen von sich geben. Das hat uns extrem belastet. Der Empfang im Büro von Klodge war ausserdem sehr nüchtern und kühl. Es wird gleich die Kreditkarte verlangt. Wir hätten erwartet, dass wir vielleicht gefragt werden, ob die Reise gut war, oder ob wir zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien sind. Nichts dergleichen. Es fehlt jegliche Gastlichkeit. Alessio, der uns zur Wohnung gefahren hat, stellte sich nicht mal vor. Auf halbem Weg haben wir mal gefragt, wie er überhaupt heisst. Er wirkte bei der Uebergabe auch sehr unpersönlich. Welche Restaurants in Pittulongu kann er empfehlen? Welche Strände? Kein Ton! Stattdessen war er so schnell wieder weg, dass er sogar seine Unterlagen auf dem Tisch vergessen hat. Ein sehr enttäuschender Start! |

However, we feel it's important to address some of your comments, both for accuracy and fairness. The photos of the apartment are entirely authentic. In fact, since they were taken, several upgrades have been made to the property — including a new Rimadesio designer door in the living room and improvements to the kitchen area. All furniture is of high quality, carefully selected from premium Italian brands. We are surprised by your remarks, especially as we invest significant effort to maintain and improve the high standard of this home. Regarding the rooftop shading, the awning is retracted on windy days for safety reasons. This is a common and necessary practice in coastal areas, especially during certain months. We regret if this limited your use of the terrace, but safety remains our priority. As for sound insulation, the apartment is built to standard specifications, and no similar complaints have been reported. Being part of a residential complex, occasional sounds from neighbors may occur, but we trust guests to show mutual respect. Concerning our welcome and communication, we’re truly sorry to hear you felt the interaction was cold, but this was the feeling we perceived by you in our respect. Our check-in process follows a structured procedure to ensure efficiency and clarity, particularly in high season. That said, our team is always available to answer questions and share local recommendations upon request. We're sorry if Alessio’s brief visit came across as impersonal — we will certainly take your feedback into account to improve the warmth of our service. Wir haben als Familie unseren 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt in den Wlofts sehr genossen. Wir vermissen ihn jetzt schon…….
Die Lage ist super um die Costa Smeralda, Nord - und Ostküste und Olbia zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Auch die Strände ganz in der Nähe sind wunderschön und man kann dort wunderbar relaxen. Der Check-in und die Abreise waren unproblematisch und sehr gut organisiert. Das Klodge Team ist sehr professionell und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! |

Il soggiorno è stato da favola, la casa super confortevole con spazi esterni fruibili e attrezzati con tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare e oltre! Alessio ci ha accolto puntuale e amichevole, il check in si è svolto in pochi minuti e subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Punti forti della casa sono sicuramente i comfort, la terrazza, l'accesso privato agli scogli, la location, lavanderia, accessori cucina completi, camere dotate di arredi di qualità fanno la differenza. a/c basta accenderlo pochi minuti per avere fresco tutta la notte grazie all'isolamento termico della casa. la doccia esterna anche calda una favola, si vede anche il mare. Wifi veloce usato in continuità durante il soggiorno un plus. Già non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! Klodge professionisti affidabili li consiglio
