With an area of about 70 square meters, the apartment is independent on two sides and offers a living room with a kitchenette, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a covered veranda with a garden, and a reserved parking space, for a total of 6 beds. Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning in every room, oven, and dishwasher. The beach of Marina Maria is easily accessible by car or bicycle and is just 4 minutes away. Myrsine 7D is next to Myrsine 7S, with gardens connected by a small gate, making them ideal for group vacations!

    Myrsine 7D is tastefully furnished and carefully finished. The entrance leads to the living room with a relaxation area; behind it, the kitchenette with gas burners, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, and air conditioning.


    The covered veranda, equipped with a comfortable dining table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending pleasant evenings in good company; from the veranda and living room, you can enjoy a beautiful and relaxing view of the garden and surrounding countryside. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with beds, wardrobes, and respective bathrooms: on the ground floor, a double bedroom with a bathroom (shower); on the lower floor, two double bedrooms with bathrooms (showers). A reserved parking space is available at the foot of the building.

    Myrsine 7D is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the beauties of the area in comfort. Within a kilometer, you will find all the necessary services to meet daily needs, such as bars, delicatessens, restaurants, and a supermarket. On the surrounding beaches, there are leisure services such as boat and dinghy rentals, bicycle rentals, sunbeds, and umbrellas. The property is located in the charming residential complex of Myrsine - Murta Maria. Marina Maria beach is particularly popular with water sports and surfing enthusiasts.

    Die Ferienwohnung hat in den meisten Punkten der Beschreibung im Portal entsprochen. Ausstattung und Gesamtzustand waren neuwertig/ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.

    Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung in Reihenhauscharakter und günstiger Lage für Strandbesuche, Tagesausflüge und Stadtbesuche, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Einziger negativer Punkt, die Unterkunft war nicht richtig geputzt - beim Check- out angesprochen /hätten wir uns gleich gemeldet hätte Klodge eine Reinigungskraft geschickt. Gut zu wissen für all diejenigen die womöglich die Unterkunft buchen und es nicht sauber ist. Toller Aufenthalt gehabt ! 😊
