Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of your stay.
A security deposit will be held on the guest’s credit card upon arrival (card must be physically present and in the guest’s name).

As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections without affecting functionality.

Online Check-in and Contract

After booking, online check-in is required (uploading ID documents and selfies for all guests).
Your data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR.
A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract is in Italian; a courtesy translation in English will be provided.


Key Collection
Keys and documents will be handled at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Separation
A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
