    If you're looking for an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, the Lagobaldo apartments are ideal! They are located in Colà di Lazise, about 6 km from the center of Lazise and about 4 km from the center of Pacengo, in the green of the vineyards where you can take numerous walks and follow the Wine Road route. The 45 sqm two-room apartment has a double bedroom with wardrobe and TV and a single sofa bed in the living area and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Modern bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, washing machine and hairdryer. Living area with kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Second satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning and covered parking available for guests. The strong point of the apartment is the large terrace with a view of the garden and shared pool, furnished with a small sofa, table and chairs. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

    The final price is composed of:
    - LEASE PAYMENT paid directly to the owner, on behalf of whom Regarda acts
    - GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linens, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the host.

    From the booking date until 61 days before check-in 0% of the total rent
    From 60 days before check-in until 31 days before check-in 0% of the total rent
    From 30 days before check-in until 15 days before check-in 0% of the total rent
    From 14 days before until check-in 100% of the total rent
    No-show 100% of the total rent

    • The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
