The brand new and bright Elvira apartment is located in Lazise, in the I Gigli residential complex, just 1 km from the historic centre and 800 metres from Lazise beach. The apartment can accommodate 4/5 people and consists of a modern living area with open-plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas hob, oven, air fryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine. The relaxation area features a sofa bed suitable for accommodating a child, satellite TV, air conditioning and wifi. There are two cosy bedrooms, both with two single beds convertible into a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. The windowed bathroom, completely renovated, has a shower cabin, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The apartment has an independent entrance where there is a small external sitting area, whilst on the covered terrace, arranged on the opposite side of the house, there is a lovely table for outdoor meals. The shared swimming pool with hydromassage (opening guaranteed 1 April-31 October) will refresh you on the hottest days (sun loungers and umbrellas available). An external reserved parking space is available for guests. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
