    Our family group of 5 (3 generations) really enjoyed our stay in Eden 3. The apartment met all our needs - its location in Pacengo was ideal with local restaurants & supermarket close by. Its central location meant we were able to drive to many of the beautiful towns along Garda's east coast & even Verona & Venice were delightful day trips. Our favourite location was right on our door step in Lazise - this beautiful historical walled town provided endless delights with its stunning promenade, shopping & so many restaurants. Its ferry port was an ideal stepping off point for our visit to Sirmione. After a tiring sun-soaked day of sight-seeing, returning to our air-conditioned apartment was always an absolute delight followed by evening drinks on our own private veranda watching the beautiful sun-sets over lake Garda - what a joy!!

Klimaanlage u Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei.
    Die Matratzen der Betten sind etwas zu durchgelegen und sollten mal erneuert werden. Besteck reicht nur knapp für 5 Personen.

Wenn Sie zwei Plätze auf der Terrasse haben, die direkt mit dem See verbunden sind, können Sie die Glocken auf dem Boden lassen oder frühstücken.
    Was das Parken betrifft, steht für jede Wohnung ein Parkplatz vor dem Eingang zur Verfügung. Danach weisen wir in der Regel auf andere alternative Parkplätze hin. In Bezug auf die Lage. Andererseits ist die Wohnung jetzt der Wohnung gewidmet und wird in einem Stadtplan dargestellt, wo man Zugang zu Informationen und zu den Notaren in der Tat zu den Wohnungen in Eden haben kann, die auch ein Diacenti in der sind Kirche.

    Ps die Kirchenglocken sind kein Problem, erst ab 8am und dann meistens nur Stundenschläge.

    Für den Eigentümer:
    Da eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist,habe ich erwartet dass ein Bügeleisen und Brett vorhanden sei-leider fehlt dies.
    Zudem finde ich dass es 4 liegestühle haben sollte und vielleicht einen besseren (gas)grill als der kleine kohlegrill wäre wünschenswert.

È una bella zona, silenziosa e accogliente anche in inverno. Vicinissima a Lazise e a Sirmione, vicina a bar, servizi, ristoranti locali e supermercato. Posti auto riservati. L'agenzia lavora bene, puntuali e disponibili.

    grazie per la sua recensione e per averci scelto per trascorrere una lunga vacanza sul Lago di Garda, dopo i mesi di reclusione forzata che tutti abbiamo vissuto. Gli appartamenti Eden sono un piccolo angolo di paradiso, e la mattina poter far colazione con la vista lago mozzafiato fa sicuramente iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto.
    Ci dispiace che non ci abbia detto subito che avrebbe gradito un ripasso dell'appartamento. Siete stati i primi clienti ad entrarvi ed abbiamo pulito e sanificato tutto come da protocollo Covid Accoglienza Sicura, ma se c'è sfuggito qualcosa saremmo tornati volentieri a sistemare quanto necessario.

    Gefallen hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee und den Bergen von der großen Terrasse. Die Nähe der Kirchglocken war kein Problem! Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter!

    Die Wohnung ist super für 2 Ehepaare, Sanitärbereich in Ordnung, die Küche ist ein wenig spartanisch ausgestattet, aber man kann alles kochen, einziger riesiger Minuspunkt, man muss !!! das Wäschepaket nehmen,denn es gibt keine Daunendecken nur K
