Regarda SRL as the Data Controller of your personal data, in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the mentioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing

This category includes both cookies provided by partners of Regarda SRL and known to it, and cookies provided by third parties that are not directly controlled or controllable by Regarda SRL. Cookies from our partners allow us to offer enhanced functionality, as well as more information and personal features. This includes the ability to share content through social networks. These services are primarily provided by third party operators engaged or knowingly integrated by Regarda SRL.
