    Der Haupteingang erfolgt über ein Tor, das zu einem Innenhof mit Grünfläche führt, wo Sie bis zu zwei Autos im überdachten Bereich parken können. Einige Stufen führen zum Eingang der Villa, die von einem gepflegten Garten und einem Infinity-Pool mit Whirlpool für vier Personen umgeben ist. Vom Veranda aus genießen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Insel Tavolara.


    Das Wohnzimmer, mit Holzmöbeln und sichtbaren Balken an der Decke, bietet eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Villa, die auf einer Ebene organisiert ist, verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Die Veranda mit Meerblick bietet Zugang zu einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher und Sofa, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher.     The tastefully and individually furnished villa is situated in a very private, spacious garden on top of Monte Contros with an amazing view of the surrounding area including Isla Tavolara.
    We loved having breakfast on the terrace in front of the villa, and dinner on the second terrace on the other side - both with fantastic views, and one of them was always in the shade.
    Villa Kiki has a large pool with comfortable loungers, and is very well suited for holidays with kids if they can swim.
    Situated close to the nice small town Porto San Paolo - 5 mins drive, and 10 mins to several beautiful beaches.
    Good, reliable WLAN connection.

    We would strongly recommend Villa Kiki and would love to come back.
    No aircon, but we did not miss it as there was always a fresh breeze going across the hill. No parasol, but most of the time there was shade somewhere around the pool. The kitchen equipment was a bit dated.

    The surrounding of the villa is beautiful with the very nice swimming pool, two terraces and garden.
    The villa itself is well equipped and tastefully decorated with also enough space for a large family.
