    Nur wenige Schritte von den weißen Stränden von Pittulongu, Pellicano und Mare e Rocce entfernt, bietet Villa Miriam eine außergewöhnliche Lage am Meer, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre garantiert. Die Villa, die sich durch wunderschöne Panoramablicke auf den gegenüberliegenden Golf auszeichnet, erstreckt sich über eine Ebene und verfügt über ein Panoramawohnzimmer mit Sofaecke und Essbereich, eine überdachte Veranda mit Meerblick, eine überdachte, ausgestattete Terrasse und einen gepflegten Garten am Meer mit grünen Rasenflächen und mediterranen Pflanzen. Sie ist mit einer unabhängigen Küche ausgestattet, die über alle Annehmlichkeiten verfügt, drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer für insgesamt sechs Schlafplätze. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Ein großer Hof steht für das Parken zur Verfügung. Nur zwanzig Meter trennen den Garten von Villa Miriam vom kristallklaren Wasser. Der weiße Sandstrand von Mare e Rocce ist nur 120 Meter entfernt und auch mit kleinen Kindern leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Viertel bietet alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen für den Alltag: Restaurant-Pizzeria, Bar mit Tabakladen, Feinkostladen, Fischgeschäft und Bäckerei. Wenn Sie von den Klippen springen möchten, brauchen Sie sich keine Sorgen zu machen, diese sind nur 20 Meter vom Garten entfernt.

    Neu gebaut, modern und gut gepflegt, garantiert Villa Miriam ihren Gästen Komfort und Privatsphäre. Das Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick verfügt über eine Sitzecke mit Sat-TV und Sofa, Klimaanlage; von hier aus gelangen Sie in die separate Küche, die mit einem Ofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet ist. Auf derselben Ebene befindet sich der Schlafbereich, bestehend aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und eigenem Bad mit Dusche, zwei Doppelzimmern mit Einzelbetten, Klimaanlage und zwei Bädern mit Dusche.


    Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man zum Außenbereich mit Meerblick, der mit einer überdachten Veranda, Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenliegen sowie einem Grill ausgestattet ist; eine weitere überdachte Veranda bietet einen bequemen Esstisch, perfekt für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Der grüne Rasen des Gartens, der vom Parkplatzbereich getrennt ist, ist ideal für Kinder. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt und mit einem Tor versehen.



    INFORMATIONEN ZUR DESTINATION UND ENTFERNUNGEN


    Die Umgebung beherbergt zahlreiche Strandkioske, in denen Sie abends ein Glas Wein oder einen guten Cocktail genießen und einige typische Vorspeisen probieren können. Gute Orte dafür sind das Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, das Fischrestaurant Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu und das Costa Sarda Bar für ein schnelles Mittagessen mit guter lokaler Küche. Das nahe gelegene Einkaufszentrum Centro Gallura bietet viele Geschäfte und einen großen Supermarkt.


    Die Strände, die in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar sind, umfassen Spiaggia Ira, Spiaggia dei Sassi und Marinella. In etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die Strände in der Nähe des Dorfes Golfo Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas und den Naturpark Cala Moresca, Heimat einer ansässigen Gruppe von über 100 Delfinen.

    È una casa confortevole e ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata, tv Led, cucina esterna con barbecue) l’unico grande assente: il WI-FI. Se l’anno scorso ho chiuso un occhio su questa mancanza, quest’anno, che ho dovuto lavorare a distanza, mi è pesato

    Fatto di non avere una dotazione ormai indispensabile nel 2022 e che ci si aspetterebbe in una villa come questa. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza e un ringraziamento particolare va a Cristina e Alessio di Klodge, per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la professionalità dimostrata.
