    Beschreibung

    Die Suites Baur, vollständig renoviert im Jahr 2022 mit Designmöbeln, blicken auf den Hauptplatz des historischen Zentrums von Bardolino, der reich an Geschäften, Restaurants und Eiscafés ist. Der Seeuferweg und der Hafen, von wo aus Fähren zu wunderschönen Seeausflügen starten, sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Strand liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt.

    Die Suites Baur sind in zwei Einheiten unterteilt, ein Studio im ersten Stock und eine Zweizimmerwohnung im zweiten Stock, mit Haupteingang zur Fußgängerzone des Platzes von Bardolino. Den Gästen steht ein Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage für jede Wohnung zur Verfügung, die sich etwa 500 m vom Apartment entfernt befindet. Der Zugang zur Tiefgarage im Untergeschoss -2 erfolgt über eine steile Spiralrampe. Die Garage misst 465 cm Länge, 250 cm Breite und 200 cm Höhe.

    Trotz der zentralen Lage sind die Suites Baur gut schallisoliert und ermöglichen einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

    Das etwa 30 m² große Studio im ersten Stock ist mit viel Sorgfalt für jedes kleine Detail eingerichtet und besteht aus einem komfortablen Wohnbereich mit kleiner, ausgestatteter Küchenzeile mit Induktionskochfeld mit 2 Platten, kleinem Kühlschrank, Mikrowellenherd, einem bequemen Doppelbett, einem Schlafsofa für zwei Kinder oder einen Erwachsenen, Satelliten-TV, Kleiderschrank, WLAN und Klimaanlage. Modernes Badezimmer mit geräumiger Duschkabine und Haartrockner für die Gäste.

    Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon, von dem aus man den Hafen und den wunderschönen umliegenden Platz bewundern kann. Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Nichtraucherappartement.

    Wir empfehlen die Baur Suite für anspruchsvolle Paare, die eine moderne Lösung suchen, bei der alle Annehmlichkeiten und Dienstleistungen zur Hand sind.

    Der Endpreis setzt sich zusammen aus:
    - MIETGEBÜHR, die direkt an den Eigentümer gezahlt wird, in dessen Namen und Auftrag Regarda handelt
    - GAST-SERVICES (Check-in, Check-out, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte, Vor-Ort-Unterstützung, professionelle Reinigung, Buchungsmanagement, Provision, die der Host an das Portal zahlt, Korrespondenz etc.) von Regarda Travel gegenüber dem Mieter.

    Übernachtungssteuer, die bei Ankunft in bar zu zahlen ist.
    Obligatorische Kaution von 200,00 Euro, die bei Ankunft per Kreditkarte zu zahlen ist.

    Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und alles wurde uns sehr gut erklärt. Als wir dann zu Fuß in der Unterkunft ankamen waren wir positiv überrascht, da alles sehr sauber und sehr modern war. Zudem gibt es eine Tiefgarage, wo man sein Auto sicher parken kann. Man sollte nur vorher die Maße überprüfen, da sie für größere SUVs zu klein ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden, wenn wir wieder zum Gardasee fahren, wieder hier wohnen.

    Mir und meiner Frau hat die Unterkunft und die damit verbundene Lage mitten in Bardolino sehr gefallen - Die Küchenzeile reicht aus (genügend Geschirr, spühlamschine, Filterkaffee Maschine, Espresso kapselmaschine), das Badezimmer verhältnismäßig sehr groß was definitiv ein Plus Punkt bekommt - sehr sauber und modern. Das Bett ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung (Boxspringbett), der Balkon ist groß genug, um einen kleinen wäscheständer aufzustellen und mit zwei Stühlen mit genügend Platz hinzusetzen. Die Aussicht ist mega schön und man schaut direkt auf die Meile. Nachts ist nichts zu hören, obwohl auf den Straßen viel los ist. Fußweg zu folgenden Standorten: - Hafen = 1 Min. - Maribello Beach = 5 Min. - Restaurants in der Umgebung: 0 Min. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.
