Umgeben von einem üppigen Garten ist diese Villa mit direktem Zugang zum Meer der perfekte Ort für einen Luxusurlaub auf Sardinien. Die Villa besteht aus vier unabhängigen Wohneinheiten mit einem gemeinsamen Eingang, die zusammen bis zu 16 Personen maximalen Komfort bieten. Jede Wohneinheit ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet: High-Speed-Wi-Fi, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, Geschirrspüler, Ofen und ein überdachter Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor. Dieses Ferienhaus in der Nähe des Meeres (400 Meter entfernt) liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Strand von Mare e Rocce und, in einem Umkreis von 1 km, zu den wunderschönen Stränden der Nordküste von Olbia, die leicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind: Il Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados und Pittulongu.

    Innenbeschreibung


    WLofts 13, mit 6 Schlafplätzen, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und besteht aus einem hellen Wohnbereich mit Chaise-Longue-Sofa, TV und einer Küchenzeile, die mit Ofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet ist. Eine Schiebetür führt zum gepflegten Garten mit grünem Rasen und einer überdachten Veranda mit Esstisch. Der Schlafbereich umfasst ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Jedes Zimmer ist mit geräumigen Schränken für die Gäste ausgestattet. Zur Unterkunft gehört auch ein Parkplatz und eine Waschmaschine.



    Informationen zur Destination und Entfernungen


    WLofts befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern. Dank der Nähe zu den Dienstleistungen ist es die ideale Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub, ohne auf Komfort zu verzichten. Ideal für Gruppen von Freunden oder Familien, auch ohne Auto, können Sie von hier aus alle Strände der Gegend sowie Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. WLofts liegt nur 400 Meter von den kristallklaren Sandstränden von Mare e Rocce und Lo Squalo entfernt, während das historische Zentrum von Olbia in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist (8 km). Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt befindet sich an der Hauptstraße des Viertels und ist 4 Minuten entfernt; in der gleichen Entfernung befindet sich die Bar-Restaurant Costa Sarda mit Tabakladen und Apotheke. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 750 Meter entfernt (Buslinie 4, Haltestelle Lo Squalo). Für eine Runde Golf im Pevero Golf Club müssen Sie nur 31 km in Richtung Costa Smeralda fahren. Zahlreiche Restaurants mit lokaler Meeres- und Landesküche befinden sich in einem Umkreis von 2 km, hauptsächlich am Strand: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Versäumen Sie nicht, die Strände entlang der Küste von Golfo Aranci bis Porto Rotondo zu besuchen: Cala Sassari, die wunderschöne Cala Moresca (Wanderwege beginnen am Strand), Cala Sabina und Marinella. Besuchen Sie auch das Meeresschutzgebiet Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo, mit Booten, die vom Hafen von Porto San Paolo abfahren, um die Insel Tavolara, das kleinste Königreich der Welt, zu entdecken.

Energy and water will be charged based on usage. The property management was very helpful, reachable all the time and everything was handled very correctly. Travelled with 2 Families.
