    Im Herzen des Viertels Pittulongu, inmitten der Ruhe und doch nur wenige Schritte von den Annehmlichkeiten der Umgebung entfernt, bietet WLofts eine moderne Design-Residenz mit Blick auf den Golf von Bados-Mare Rocce, umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Villa umfasst drei unabhängige Wohneinheiten mit einem gemeinsamen Eingang und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 16 Personen. Jede Residenz ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet: WLAN, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, Geschirrspüler, Ofen und einen internen Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor. Nur 400 Meter entfernt liegt der Strand Mare e Rocce, und in einem Umkreis von 1 km sind alle schönsten Strände der Nordküste von Olbia zu Fuß erreichbar: Il Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados und der Strand von Pittulongu.

    INNENBESCHREIBUNG

    WLofts 11, mit 4 Betten, befindet sich im ersten Stock und besteht aus einem hellen Wohnbereich mit einer Chaiselongue-Sofa/TV und einer Küchenzeile, die mit einem Ofen, einer Mikrowelle und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet ist. Eine Schiebetür führt zur Veranda mit Blick auf den Garten und Meerblick. Der Schlafbereich umfasst zwei Doppelzimmer, eines davon mit eigenem Bad, und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Jedes Zimmer ist mit geräumigen Schränken ausgestattet, die den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Für die Unterkunft steht ein interner Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

    INFORMATIONEN ZUM ZIEL UND ENTFERNUNGEN

    WLofts befindet sich in einem Wohnviertel, das aus Einfamilienhäusern besteht; dank der Nähe zu den Dienstleistungen ist es die ideale Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub auf Sardinien, ohne auf Komfort zu verzichten. Ideal für Gruppen von Freunden oder Familien auch ohne Auto, von hier aus können Sie alle Strände der Umgebung sowie Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. WLofts ist nur 400 Meter von den Stränden Mare e Rocce und Lo Squalo entfernt, und in etwa 15 Minuten und 8 km erreichen Sie das historische Zentrum von Olbia. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich an der Hauptstraße des Viertels und ist 4 Minuten entfernt; in gleicher Entfernung finden Sie das Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant mit Tabakladen und Apotheke. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 750 Meter entfernt (Buslinie 4, Haltestelle Lo Squalo). Für eine Runde Golf im Pevero Golf Club müssen Sie nur die Straße in Richtung Costa Smeralda für 31 km fahren. Zahlreiche Restaurants mit typischer Meeres- und Landküche befinden sich im Umkreis von 2 km und hauptsächlich am Strand: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Besuchen Sie unbedingt die Strände von Golfo Aranci bis Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, das wunderschöne Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina und Marinella. Auch die Meeresschutzgebiete Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo sind einen Besuch wert, mit Booten, die vom Pier in Porto San Paolo abfahren.

    Eines Tages gingen wir an einen Strand und ließen unsere Tasche im Auto, wir konnten das Auto nicht mehr öffnen, um nach Hause zu fahren. Wir riefen Klodge an, Cristina half uns, die Familie nach Hause zu bringen und mich dann zurück zum Strand zu bringen, wo ein Techniker kam und das Auto öffnete! Sie haben mein Leben gerettet!


    Wir mussten unsere Ausweisdokumente einchecken, wie wir es für unser Flugzeug getan hatten. Der Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet und wir empfehlen dringend, hier einen langen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Veranda hat eine schöne Meeresbrise, die Sie sehr mögen werden. Wir kommen wieder

One of the beaches «Spiaggia Bados» you can get there by walking along the tracks /shore side cliffs, follow the street up the hill and turn towards the sea. Beautful little lagunes/and cliffs you will find before you reach the beach. The unit was modern and clean, the area very peacefule. We recomend hiring a car if you dont travel with one,. Course the shops for food and also some of the reataurant is a bit far away. A few restaurants is near by, but very busy in the evening and they do not open before around. 18:30-19:00 o’clock. There is some restaurants/and snack bars at the beach.
    The unit was equipped with beach chairs and sun umbrella etc,.

Everything was spotless clean and people around the house and from Klodge were very welcoming and super friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It was the perfect size for us (three adults and one baby) and a great base for exploring the surrounding beaches and going into Olbia by bus. The bakery up the road was a lovely place to get fresh croissants for breakfast. The communication with the host was very easy and he was helpful with any questions. We would definitely come back again!
