    Beschreibung

    Die Residenza G&J besteht aus drei brandneuen Zweizimmerwohnungen (Eröffnung April 2023) von jeweils 40 m2 in Pacengo, einem charakteristischen Stadtteil der Gemeinde Lazise. Nur 200 Meter entfernt befinden sich hervorragende Restaurants, Cocktail- und Weinbars, eine Teestube und eine Apotheke. Der Strand ist etwa 700 Meter entfernt und kann zu Fuß bergab erreicht werden. Nur 1,5 km entfernt befinden sich die bekannten Vergnügungsparks Gardaland, Movieland und Canevaworld.
    Kurz nach der Residenz wird derzeit ein Privatgebäude renoviert, sodass es tagsüber zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen kann. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze müssen entlang der Hauptstraße erreicht werden (ca. 300 Meter).
    Das Highlight der Residenz ist definitiv die herrliche gemeinsame Dachterrasse mit weitem Seeblick, die mit 3 Kaffeetischen, einem großen Sonnenschirm, Liegestühlen und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet ist, die den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Hier finden Sie auch eine praktische Dusche, um sich an heißen Sommertagen abzukühlen, und eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
    Die Wohnung im ersten Stock führt in den modernen Wohnbereich, der mit Tisch und Stühlen, einem Schlafsofa (empfohlen für einen Erwachsenen oder zwei Kinder) und Sat-TV ausgestattet ist. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Induktionskochfeld, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Der komfortable Schlafbereich bietet ein Doppelbett und einen modernen offenen Kleiderschrank. Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, Toilette, Bidet. Kostenloses WLAN und Klimaanlage stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Möglichkeit eines kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatzes in 100 Metern Entfernung. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Nichtraucherwohnung. In fußläufiger Entfernung erreichen Sie einen Fahrradverleih und ein schönes Schwimmbad mit ermäßigten Eintrittskarten für unsere Gäste. Möglichkeit eines kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatzes in 100 Metern Entfernung.
    Wir empfehlen die Residenza G&J jedem, der einen Ausgangspunkt sucht, um die Schönheit des Gardasees zu erkunden, aber die Nähe zu einem Gewerbegebiet und zum Strand genießen möchte und es liebt, sich bei einem guten Glas Wein mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang zu entspannen!

    Die Wohnung ist fein, sauber, vollklimatisiert (was wir bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen allerdings nicht gebraucht haben) und entsprach der Beschreibung. Die angegebene Dachterrasse wird mit zwei weiteren Wohnungen geteilt, was kein Problem ist, wenn man nicht komplett für sich bleiben möchte. Die Lage ist unweit der Hauptverkehrsstraße, was mitunter nachts bei offenen Fenstern im Wohnraum zu hören war, nicht jedoch im Schlafzimmer (und vermieden werden könnte, wenn man bei geschlossenen Fenstern die AC zur Temperierung nutzen würde). Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Lazise. Die Kommunikation mit regarda war problemlos und Nachfragen wurden freundlich und umgehend geklärt.
