    Dreiraumwohnung, die sich im Wohnkomplex "La Casara" befindet, nur wenige Schritte vom historischen Stadtzentrum von Lazise und vom Seeufer entfernt. Der Wohnkomplex verfügt über einen großen Swimmingpool, der von einer komfortablen Grünfläche umgeben ist (Öffnungszeit garantiert vom 15.05.-15.09.). Liegestühle am Pool stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.

    Die komfortable Wohnung Iris mit ca. 65 m² befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines ruhigen Wohnkomplexes und bietet einen privaten Garten auf drei Seiten mit Sonnensegel, Tisch und Stühlen, wo man sich an heißen Sommertagen oder nach einem Ausflug in die charakteristischen Dörfer des Gardasees entspannen kann.

    Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küchenzeile mit Gasherd mit vier Kochstellen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, deutscher Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Satelliten-TV und Klimaanlage sind im Preis inbegriffen. Der Schlafbereich besteht aus einem geräumigen Doppelzimmer im klassischen Stil mit großem Kleiderschrank und Kommode sowie einem hübschen Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett und Kleiderschrank. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Tür-Fenster-Kombination, die einen direkten Blick auf den grünen Garten ermöglicht. Badezimmer mit Fenster, Duschkabine, Haartrockner und Waschmaschine für die Gäste. Reservierter Parkplatz in der Garage. Nichtraucherwohnung. Kleine Haustiere nach Anfrage erlaubt.

    Der Endpreis setzt sich zusammen aus:

    We had a wonderful stay at Iris. The pool was perfect for the children, as were the outdoor areas that were part of the accommodation. Great location in Lazise, which was within easy walking distance.
