    Zwischen Himmel und Meer schwebt Casa Terry, ein hübsches, freistehendes Haus im Herzen von Praiano. Kürzlich renoviert, nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants, einer Bushaltestelle und einem Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt, ist Casa Terry die ideale Unterkunft für Paare, die einen ruhigen, zentralen und panoramischen Ort suchen. Es verfügt über einen großen Außenbereich mit atemberaubender Aussicht, der mit einem ganzjährig geöffneten Whirlpool und Möbeln für Mahlzeiten im Freien ausgestattet ist: ein Juwel, um die unglaubliche Aussicht auf das Meer und den Blick auf die Küste zu genießen. Die Innenräume werden durch den für die Amalfiküste typischen Majolika-Boden und blauen und weißen Details aufgewertet, die die Zimmer frisch und einladend machen. WLAN, Heizung und Klimaanlage sind im gesamten Hotel verfügbar. Um die Struktur zu erreichen, müssen etwa 50 Stufen erklommen werden, die sich mit einem 200 Meter langen Weg abwechseln, der typisch für die Amalfiküste ist

    Die Struktur ist auf einer einzigen Ebene organisiert, die Folgendes umfasst:
    - Außenterrasse mit beheiztem Whirlpool - ganzjährig geöffnet -, Tisch für Mahlzeiten im Freien und Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien;
    Bitte beachten Sie: Der Pool benötigt ca. 24 Stunden zum Aufwärmen
    - Großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche (voll ausgestattet) mit Tisch für 4 Personen;
    - Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Meerblick, mit Zugang zum Balkon davor;
    - Badezimmer mit Dusche;
    - Wäscherei

    Casa Terry befindet sich im Herzen von Praiano, auf der Ostseite, an einem der typischen Wege der Stadt. Um das Haus zu erreichen, müssen Sie einem Weg von etwa 200 Metern folgen, der sich mit etwa 60 Stufen abwechselt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Gepäckservice gegen Gebühr zu buchen. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist etwa 500 Meter entfernt (im Sommer kann es schwierig sein, einen Parkplatz zu finden).

    Das Stadtzentrum ist nicht weit entfernt: ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich:

We spent many a morning and evening enjoying the terrace and the peaceful sounds of the church bells. The nearby Mini-Market was our go to for daily shopping. We had such a wonderful, relaxing time, we did not want to leave!! We cannot wait to book with SMAAC again!!

    There is always a degree of uncertainty when booking a property so far from home from pictures alone. On this occasion we were blown away by Casa Terry. It was the perfect holiday accommodation in a fantastic village away from the chaos of Positano and Amalfi. That said, both towns are accessible by private transferbus services. Praiano has all you need for a great holiday. The restaurants were excellent (Kasai is a must-do) and there are plenty of supermarkets for fresh food. From Casa Terry the local and Positano bus stop is a 3-4 minute walk and it costs around €3 for a return journey (compare that to €50 for a transfer car one way!). We found Marina di Praia beach to be just as much fun as any other, a bit more casual if anything and well serviced by many restaurants and a great little cafe. We visited Positano a couple of times but had the added luxury of returning to Praiano at the end of the day and soaking in the unforgettable views from the two terraces as well as unwinding in the spa. Everything feels new. The kitchen is excellent and the bathroom great too. The bed was very comfortable and on a cooler night you can sleep with the balcony doors open and a gentle sea breeze and views coming in. All the mod-cons were there to make the stay that much better. Like anywhere on the coast there are steps to negotiate. It’s 90 steps in total in two sections from Piazza San Luca in Via Antico Seggio to Casa Terry. It is not a difficult process and the beautiful, private and luxurious surroundings soon make you forget everything else. The locals are incredibly friendly and engaging, adding to the charm of the location. There is absolutely no doubt that I would re-book this house in Praiano if I was to return to the Amalfi Coast. It was the highlight of the trip and we’re grateful for the experience.
