    Case Peschiera 11 ist eine charmante kleine unabhängige Villa, eingebettet in die Natur, in der Nähe der kristallklaren Gewässer von Cala Brandichi, Lu Impostu und Puntaldia. Diese Gegenden sind bekannt für ihre unglaubliche natürliche Schönheit und ihre typische Meeresküche. Die Villa, etwa 90 m² groß, ist auf allen vier Seiten unabhängig und von einem 110 m² großen Garten umgeben. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Küchenzeile, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein Service-Badezimmer, eine überdachte Außenterrasse und einen Garten mit einem reservierten Parkplatz, insgesamt für bis zu 6 Personen. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören eine Waschmaschine, eine überdachte Veranda und saisonale Klimaanlage (Mai - Oktober). Der Strand von Lu Impostu ist bequem mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in nur 4 Minuten erreichbar.

    Case Peschiera 11 bietet komfortable Räume für bis zu vier Gäste: Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Entspannungsbereich mit Schlafsofa; dahinter die Küchenzeile mit Esstisch, Gaskochfeld, Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach und Backofen. Der Schlafbereich besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, Kleiderschränken, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und einem Service-Badezimmer. Ein reservierter Parkplatz mit Tor steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist im Wohnbereich klimatisiert.
