    Beschreibung

    Villa Ida ist eine moderne Doppelhaushälfte, die 2023 renoviert wurde und in zwei Einheiten aufgeteilt ist, von denen jede über 6 Schlafplätze verfügt. Das Haus liegt an einem großen Garten mit großen Bäumen und Kirschbäumen und einem brandneuen Infinity-Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen (Öffnungszeit garantiert vom 15.05. bis 30.09.). Das Haus liegt etwa 3,5 km vom Zentrum von Garda und vom Strand entfernt, 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Costermano. Diese Gegend des Gardasees, abseits des Massentourismus, ermöglicht die Entdeckung der Umgebung durch zahlreiche Radwege, die direkt in der Nähe des Hauses beginnen, wie das bekannte Mühlental.
    Die Wohnung Giarole befindet sich komplett im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengestellt werden können, ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit zusätzlichem Einzelbett, das zu einem Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann, ein kleines Duschbad, ein großes, beheiztes Hauptbad mit Waschmaschine, Duschkabine und Doppelwaschbecken. Die geräumige Küche öffnet sich zur seitlichen, möblierten Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen für angenehme Abendessen im Freien; sie ist mit moderner Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, großem Kühl-Gefrierkombination, amerikanischer Frühstücksbar, deutscher Kaffeemaschine und Kapselkaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich öffnet sich zur überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge-Bereich und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Garten und den Pool. Er verfügt über ein Sofa, Sessel, Sat-TV und einen großen Esstisch.
    WLAN und Klimaanlage stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Jede Wohnung hat zwei Parkplätze in der Garage. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist Nichtraucher.
    Wir empfehlen die Villa mit den beiden Wohnungen für große Familien, die nach einer eleganten Unterkunft suchen und in einer grünen und völlig privaten Umgebung übernachten möchten.

    Der Endpreis setzt sich zusammen aus:
    - MIETPREIS, der direkt an den Eigentümer gezahlt wird, in dessen Namen und Auftrag Regarda handelt
    - GÄSTESERVICES (Check-in, Check-out, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Pflegeartikel, Vor-Ort-Betreuung, professionelle Reinigung, Buchungsmanagement, vom Gastgeber an das Portal gezahlte Provision, Korrespondenz usw.), die von Regarda Travel für den Mieter erbracht werden.

    Die Kurtaxe ist bei der Ankunft bar zu entrichten.
    Eine Kaution von 500,00 Euro ist bei der Ankunft per Kreditkarte zu zahlen.

    Wir hatten vom 12.08. bis 22.08.23 die Villa Ida in Costermano gebucht. Von der Buchung, Ankunft am Büro, Einweisung, Erklärungen war alles perfekt. Regarda.it ist hoch professionell. Die dargestellten Bilder und die Beschreibung unseres Hauses haben zu 100 % zugetroffen. Ein weiteres schönes Erlebnis, ist die Ehrlichkeit des Büros - ich habe eine sehr teure Sonnenbrille beim Check-In im Büro vergessen und diese dann wirklich gesucht. Als wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen - hing eine kleine Tüte an unserer Haustüre - darin meine Sonnenbrille - ich habe mich so darüber gefreut. Regarda.it - wir werden wieder bei euch buchen.     We stayed in Villa Ida as a group of two adults and two children (10 &7) and cannot fault the villa at all! The villa itself has everything that you would need for a family including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were a great size with plenty of storage and the two bathrooms were immaculate with superb showers in each. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the design and layout of the properties and have done a great job!

    The shared pool was a great size for the children with plenty of sun loungers for both villas if occupied. Whilst the villa is attached to another it was extremely quiet and self contained with completely separate entrances and parking areas. The villas would equally work well for a larger group or two families.

    The closest supermarket was a 3 minute drive away and stocked everything you need for a self catering holiday. The drive into Garda was less than 10 minutes away and Bardolino another 2/3 minutes on from there. Perfect location for exploring the east side of Lake Garda.

    We would definitely like to return and stay for longer next time!
