Casa Clara è un piccolo gioiello sulla Costiera Amalfitana. Appena ristrutturata, gode di ambienti ampi, un design semplice e pulito e una vista mozzafiato. Dispone di due camere da letto, ciascuna con bagno collegato: la casa ideale sia per la famiglia, che per due coppie. La posizione è notevole: centrale e allo stesso tempo lontana dai rumori. Il centro del paese è a pochi minuti a piedi: ristoranti, bar, negozio di alimentari, fermata dell’autobus… sono immediatamente raggiungibili. Tutta la casa é servita da wifi e aria condizionata. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario scendere circa 100 gradini dalla strada principale: non è raggiungibile in auto, ma questa scelta rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale, permettendo di immergersi completamente nella quiete del paese e nelle sue viste mozzafiatoConsigliamo di raggiungerci senza auto.
La casa è organizzata su un unico livello:
• Terrazza vista mare;
• Ampia zona giorno vista sul mare e su Positano e Capri, con cucina e soggiorno, dotata di TV, divano e tavolo per 6;
• 1 ampia camera matrimoniale con vista (misure letto 160x190) con bagno ensuite - con doccia;
• 1 camera matrimoniale/o due letti singoli (misure letto 160x190);
• Bagno con doccia;
Casa Clara si trova sul lato Ovest di Praiano, in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, da cui è possibile godere di tramonti mozzafiato. La villa è raggiungibile attraverso due vie: la via più comoda è attraverso la Chiesa di San Gennaro con un sentiero di circa 300 mt e circa 110 gradini; in alternativa si possono scendere circa 170 gradini dalla via principale. Il parcheggio non è disponibile. Raccomandiamo di raggiungerci senza auto.
A pochi passi, ci sono:
• Fermata bus locale e SITA
• 1 negozio di alimentari (Alimentari Rispoli)
• Bar panoramico
• Diversi ristoranti - tra i migliori di Praiano

Het appartement is van alle faciliteiten voorzien. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en zelfs had Nadia (de eigenaresse) wat levensmiddelen neergelegd voor ontbijt en avondeten. Het appartement heeft een fijn balkon met een prachtig uitzicht over zee. Er is veel kastruimte in beide slaapkamers. In een van de badkamers staat een wasmachine wat erg handig kan zijn. Nadia is altijd bereikbaar en kan je assisteren bij alle vragen over de omgeving. Het contact met haar was erg prettig, ze is een zeer goede gastvrouw! In de omgeving van het appartement/Praiano zijn veel leuke restaurantjes, een leuke bar met mooi uitzicht voor aperitief en enkele winkeltjes/pharmacia etc. Ook is de bushalte dichtbij.

Het is appartement is een idyllische plek en in de hectiek van de Amalfikust is het appartement een heerlijke rustige plek om daar even aan te ontsnappen.

The host has two children and my girls loved to play with them for hours, so the kids had the best time ever. We loved Praiano, so happy we stayed there and chose this place. The beaches down the front are amazing. We are in Positano now, and while it’s also beautiful, I preferred Praiano to stay. Highly recommend this villa!
