    Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen: Im Erdgeschoss ein Wohnbereich bestehend aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und unabhängiger Küche, zwei Doppelzimmern mit Gartenblick und drei Bädern mit Duschen, eines davon en-suite; im Obergeschoss, erreichbar über eine Außentreppe, eine raffinierte Dependance mit zwei Doppelzimmern und einem Innenbad, ausgestattet mit einer exklusiven Veranda und einem bezaubernden Blick auf den Golf. Die Außenbereiche vervollständigen die Innenräume: Ein Pfad im Garten führt zum bohnenförmigen Pool mit einzigartigem Panoramablick, bereichert durch einen kleinen Entspannungsbereich mit einem Wacholderdach und einer großen Holzsonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen, Außendusche.
