    Durch das Tor und eine steile Auffahrt erreicht man Villa Relais, die etwa 250 m² groß ist und von einem großen Grundstück umgeben ist, das sanft zum Meer hin abfällt und von mediterraner Vegetation bedeckt ist. Im Inneren finden Sie ein helles Wohnzimmer mit amerikanischer Küche, geschmückt mit duftenden Wacholderholzbalken. Das Esszimmer hat direkten Zugang zur überdachten Veranda und zum privaten Pool. Die Villa verfügt über vier Doppelzimmer und vier Badezimmer. Die Räume sind groß, komfortabel und hell, geprägt von Harmonie mit der Natur, was diese Immobilie einzigartig macht.


    INFORMATIONEN ZUM REISEZIEL UND ENTFERNUNGEN


    Villa Relais ist eine exklusive Immobilie, die sich auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Nähe von Porto Rotondo befindet, nur fünf Autominuten entfernt. Wunderschöne weiße Sandstrände, Restaurants, Nachtlokale und vieles mehr sind alle nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Das berühmte Porto Cervo ist etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt. Der Strand von Marinella ist mit dem Auto erreichbar und etwa 5 km entfernt. Auch Golfo Aranci mit seinen wunderschönen Stränden und kristallklarem Wasser ist leicht zu erreichen.


    Wir empfehlen den Gästen, ein Auto zu mieten, um die Immobilie zu erreichen; ein Auto ist auch während des Aufenthalts unerlässlich, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und sich zwischen den verschiedenen Orten zu bewegen.
