Mit einem exklusiven Pool und erhöhter Lage auf einem Hügel ist sie perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eine überdachte Veranda mit Blick auf den privaten Pool, WLAN, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen und einen reservierten Parkplatz – ideal für bis zu 6 Gäste. Bellevue 36E gehört zu einer neuen Villenanlage auf einem Hügel mit Panoramablick auf das Meer, eingebettet in die Natur und im Einklang mit der lokalen Landschaft.

    Die Innenräume der Villa 36E wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schaffen eine elegante und komfortable Atmosphäre. Die Veranda mit Blick auf den Pool ist ideal für gesellige Abende mit Freunden oder Familie. Der mediterrane Garten ist eine Oase der Ruhe und natürlichen Schönheit.

    Das Wohnzimmer mit moderner, voll ausgestatteter Küche empfängt die Gäste mit großen Fenstern, die auf die Veranda und den Garten führen. Der herrliche private Pool bietet Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen und ist von Liegestühlen und einer Außendusche umgeben.

    Der Schlafbereich erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer mit gemeinsamem Bad; im Obergeschoss eine Suite mit eigenem Bad und Balkon mit Meerblick. Jedes Zimmer bietet Gartenblick und verfügt über einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank.

Die berühmten Strände von Budoni und Porto Ainu sind Paradiese für Sonnen- und Meeresliebhaber. Budoni ist zudem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Naturpark Tavolara und ins Dorf San Teodoro. Der Flughafen Olbia Costa Smeralda ist in etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
