    Das Casa Cimino A ist ein frisch renoviertes Haus. Es verfügt über hochwertige Möbel, typisch für die Amalfiküste: Der alte Terrakottaboden verleiht dem Haus einen faszinierenden und einladenden Charme. Der Blick auf Capri und Positano ist atemberaubend. Es gehört zu einem größeren Komplex, der eine unabhängige Etage darunter (mit separatem Eingang) umfasst. Das Casa Cimino A befindet sich im oberen Teil von Praiano, auf der Westseite, einer der ruhigsten Gegenden des Ortes, mit atemberaubendem Ausblick: Man kann Capri und Positano von jedem Fenster aus bewundern!

    Das Haus ist auf einer Ebene organisiert und umfasst:

    • Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa (Bettmaße 160x190)
    • Vollständig ausgestattete Meerblick-Küche mit Tisch für 4 Personen (mit Geschirrspüler)
    • 1 geräumiges Doppelschlafzimmer (Bettmaße 160x190) mit en-suite Bad und Meerblick
    • 2 vollständige Bäder mit Dusche (eines davon im Schlafzimmer)

    Das Casa Cimino A befindet sich direkt oberhalb der berühmten Kirche San Gennaro, auf dem Weg zum berühmten Sentiero degli Dei. Der schnellste Weg zum Haus führt vom oberen Teil Praianos über einen etwa 200 m langen Fußweg mit ca. 60 Stufen. Alternativ kann man das Zentrum Praianos über eine Treppe mit etwa 200 Stufen erreichen. Der private Parkplatz befindet sich etwa 500 m entfernt und ist kostenpflichtig. Ansonsten kann man in den öffentlichen Parkplätzen etwa 200 m entfernt parken.

    Si bien está muy cerca del centro la accesibilidad no es tan fácil, en especial cuando estás con muchas valijas porque hay muchas escaleras. De todas maneras Francesco ofrece un servicio de portería para que te ayuden a llevarlas.

    Wonderful and functional space with a fantastic post card view to wake up to every morning. The place was very clean and well laid out (although we were only two, the apartment can accommodate 2 couples if need be with the pull out sofa). Thank you for the pasta and sauce which came in very handy for a nice eat-in dinner one evening during a sustained downpour. And although there is a fully equipped kitchen, you will want to eat at the wonderful restaurants in Praiano. Francesco was very responsive and had a malfunctioning iron replaced promptly. Self check-in and check-out was smooth as silk so what more could you ask for. If you are interested in hiking the Path of the Gods, the apartment is ideally situated. Every amenity (restaurants, convenience store, grocery) is close by on the main road but you will need to climb steps up and down from the apartment which is very typical and part of the whole charm of Praiano - plus, you can indulge in all the pasta and tiramisu that you like?

    Panorama udsigt imod Positano og resten af Amalfi kysten og Capri. Man skal være klar til rigtig mange trapper. Men sådan er det overalt på Amalfi kysten. Vi havde vores egen bil med, udlejer hjalp os med en privat parkeringsplads. Mod betaling selvfølgelig. 30euro pr. døgn. Offentlig parkering er 20 euro pr. døgn. Så ikke den store forskel. Det er nemt at gå via trapper ned til en lille købmand, som har alt man skal bruge til fornuftige priser(5 minutter ca.) der er pizzaria og restauranter tæt herved også. Path of the gods går op lige bag huset. Virkelig en flot tur imod Positano. Lokale busser kører frem og tilbage imod Positano og Amalfi 5min gang fra huset. Vi kan kun anbefale dette sted til andre også. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold selv om vi havde ømme ben mange dage efter af alle trapperne i området 😉

    It was a very nice villa and Francesco was very helpful in giving us directions. The most difficult thing was the steps and our luggage - it may be challenging for an older couple. Francesco would have provided a porter but we like to be independent.

    Our stay at Smaac’s in Praiano was great. It has excellent views and it is close to tasty restaurants, excellent beach clubs (Il Pirata and One Fire) and it has a quiet atmosphere where you are immersed in the spirit that felt truly Amalfi coast. Eve

It has excellent views and it is close to tasty restaurants, excellent beach clubs (Il Pirata and One Fire) and it has a quiet atmosphere where you are immersed in the spirit that felt truly Amalfi coast. Everything is all walking/hiking distance, but I highly recommend the local bus to get around (€1 per trip per person). This location is nice and is removed from the hustle of Positano and Amalfi.

Muy confortable y con todo lo que se necesita para pasar una estadía hermosa! Francesco estuvo siempre disponible y nos ayudo cada vez q lo requerimos. Vista única a la Isla de Capri y a Positano. Silencioso a la hora del descanso. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. Lo único negativo, es que para llegar al Dto se debe caminar un trayecto que entre escaleras y valijas se hace un poco pesado. Pero esto tiene que ver con la dinámica de la Costa Amalfitana. Lo recomiendo! Nos sentimos como en casa.

    Todo bien, solo podría acotar qué hay muchas hormigas debes tener buen físico porque para salir regresas subiendo muchas escaleras en general así es la costa toca subir y bajar muchos escalones

Every day you have to go up and down stairs that’ll get you from the city center to the Airbnb but it’s worth it as the views are gorgeous. Francesco was very helpful in helping us get around and finding places. He responded quickly and made our trip to Praiano that much better! Would 10/10 recommend

They even left us a few kitchen essentials like water, juice, milk, pasta, etc. The airbnb is close to bus stops which made getting around the Amalfi coast very easy. There are a couple flight of stairs from the main road, but nothing terrible. We would highly recommend Casa Cimino A!
