    Beschreibung

    Die Apple-Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock innerhalb des ruhigen Wohnkomplexes Vigneti del Garda, etwa 3 km von Lazise und dem Seeufer entfernt, direkt im Zentrum der Fraktion Colà, wo sich Bars, einige typische Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und der Garda-Thermalbadepark befinden. Der Wohnkomplex verfügt über einen Erwachsenenpool mit Liegen, einen Kinderpool (Öffnungszeiten garantiert vom 15.06. - 21.09. mit ausgehängten Öffnungszeiten und Anwesenheit eines Rettungsschwimmers), Tischtennis und einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz. Die Zweizimmerwohnung kann 3 Erwachsene oder zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder aufnehmen und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht, ein Badezimmer mit Duschkabine und Waschmaschine, einen Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa, Satelliten-TV, Klimaanlage, WLAN und eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster. Möblierte Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Im Erdgeschoss haben die Gäste Zugang zu einem kleinen privaten Garten mit einem teilweise überdachten Fahrradabstellbereich. Überdachter privater Parkplatz innerhalb des Komplexes.
    Kleine Haustiere gegen Aufpreis erlaubt. Nichtraucherwohnung.

    Der Endpreis setzt sich zusammen aus:
    - MIETZAHLUNG, die direkt an den Eigentümer gezahlt wird, für den Regarda als Vertreter fungiert
    - DIENSTLEISTUNGEN FÜR GÄSTE (Check-in, Check-out, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Höflichkeitslinie, Vor-Ort-Unterstützung, professionelle Reinigung, Buchungsmanagement, Provision, die der Gastgeber an das Portal zahlt, Korrespondenz usw.), die von Regarda Travel dem Gastgeber angeboten werden.

    Nous avons passés douze jours dans ce logement, à trois, deux adultes et un bébé de presque 3 ans . Très bien situé à proximité de certains des centres d'intérêts du Lac de garde. Nous avons réceptionné les clés à l'agence située à dix minutes en voiture du logement. Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et parle plusieurs langues (français pour nous). Nous avons apprécié la clarté des instructions pour trouver le logement. Celui ci se situe dans une petite zone résidentielle entourée de vignes, au calme ! La piscine est à proximité direct (5 minutes à pied avec un bébé de 3 ans ^^). Le logement était propre, fonctionnel et conforme à la description ) Nous y retournerions sans hésiter :)

We would like to clarify that the outdoor barbecue is not among the amenities available to guests and therefore cannot be used. We're sorry if this detail caused any confusion. The apartment is located within a large residential complex that includes a spacious ecological area about 350 meters away. We truly appreciate your feedback, and to make waste management more convenient, we’ve provided practical bins inside the apartment so guests can sort and store their waste easily throughout their stay. We’re also very pleased to know that you found the apartment clean — the quality and hygiene of our accommodations are a top priority for us. The cleaning fee reflects the standard of quality we aim to provide and includes not only a thorough cleaning by a professional service, but also the supply of bed linen, towels, a welcome kit, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Even for short stays, the time and materials required remain the same. Our goal is to ensure a perfectly clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment, regardless of the length of stay. For this reason, the cleaning fee is fixed and does not change between long and short stays.
