Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel von Olbia und bietet einen privaten Garten, klimatisierte Räume und funktionale Innenbereiche – perfekt für Gäste, die den Strand und die umliegenden Dienstleistungen zu Fuß erreichen möchten. Der Strand Mare e Rocce ist etwa 400 Meter entfernt und auch mit kleinen Kindern leicht erreichbar.

    INNENBEREICH

    Villetta Bianca erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen und bietet bis zu 8 Gästen helle und gut strukturierte Räume. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein großer offener Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa, LED-TV, Klimaanlage sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Backofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Ein großzügiges Doppelzimmer mit zusätzlichem Einzelbett, Klimaanlage und Zugang zum Garten vervollständigt diese Etage, ebenso wie ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Velux-Fenster.

    Eine Außentreppe führt in die obere Etage, wo ein kleiner Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe in ein zweites Doppelzimmer mit zusätzlichem Einzelbett, Klimaanlage und privatem Balkon übergeht. Ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche steht exklusiv den Gästen dieser Etage zur Verfügung. Im Garten befindet sich außerdem ein Außenraum mit Waschmaschine und Holzkohlegrill.


    AUSSENBEREICH

    Die Villa verfügt über einen ca. 300 m² großen, eingezäunten Garten, der durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert ist. Der Außenbereich wird teilweise mit einer benachbarten Wohneinheit geteilt und bietet eine überdachte Veranda, Gartenmöbel sowie Sonnenliegen. Auf dem Grundstück stehen bis zu zwei private Parkplätze zur Verfügung.


    INFORMATIONEN ZUR UMGEBUNG UND ENTFERNUNGEN

    In fußläufiger Entfernung befinden sich mehrere Dienstleistungen: Bar-Tabakladen, Pizzeria-Restaurant, Feinkostgeschäft, Fischladen und Bäckerei. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Strandkioske, die Getränke, Cocktails und leichte Speisen anbieten. Empfohlene Adressen sind unter anderem: Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant (Bados), Trattoria Rossi und Costa Sarda Bar. Das Einkaufszentrum Gallura mit Supermarkt und Geschäften ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

    In kurzer Fahrentfernung liegen einige der schönsten Strände der Region: Spiaggia Ira, Spiaggia dei Sassi und Marinella. Etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt befinden sich die Küsten von Golfo Aranci mit Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas und dem Naturpark Cala Moresca, in dem eine ortsansässige Gruppe von über 100 Delfinen lebt.

    Quando siamo arrivati alcune parti non erano state pulite bene, ma lo abbiamo fatto presente all'agenzia e subito è stato provveduto: ci è stato detto che i precedenti ospiti avevano lasciato molto sporco e il personale non aveva avuto abbastanza tempo per sistemare. Alcune cose erano anche state rotte (una sedia, un ventilatore, un cassetto,...) ma il proprietario appena se n'è accorto ha comprato delle sedie nuove e ha chiesto se avessimo bisogno di altro. La casa è molto bella e funzionale, con un bel giardino e tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, spazio per stendere, barbecue, aria condizionata, parcheggio interno).
    Mi sono trovata benissimo con gli agenti che sono sempre presenti dal momento della prenotazione fino al checkout: molto professionali e cordiali.
